I recently had a chance to chat with Tony Pec who has spent the last 3 years establishing himself as a branding expert and perfecting his speaking abilities. What is your definition of success?
My definition of success is achieving my fullest potential in every aspect of life, financially, mentally, physically, & relationships. My definition of success is actually the reason I NEVER compare myself to others, I only compare myself to who I was yesterday & who I know I can become, here’s why.
Let’s say I’m comparing myself to “Steve” because Steve has what I want, let’s say he makes 10 million a year, great. Now I work hard & finally surpass Steve, I start making 12 million a year, great. Here’s the issue, maybe Steve making 10 million a year is 100% of his fullest potential but me making 12 million a year is only 40% of my fullest potential but I stop progressing because I beat the benchmark I set for myself. This is why I only compare myself to my past self & to who I know I can become because success to me is reaching MY fullest potential.

“Every single day I have the opportunity to turn my dreams into a reality”. Living by this quote, Tony Pec has been able to dominate the online marketing space and has made 6 figures in the first 6 months of operation !
