The Success Anatomy Of Entrepreneur Nestor Castro.
Queens, New York native Nestor Castro has spent years serving others. For nearly a decade he served his country as a member of the United States Army. Following his return home from Afghanistan, Nestor joined the police force to serve his community. And then he turned his eyes towards helping individuals build the lives they want with his two companies, Grittiness LLC and Dropship Tribe LLC. “My passion is helping people create real breakthroughs in their relationships, emotions, their health, careers and their finances,” he explains. “I believe you can rise up from anything and completely recreate yourself. I can help you create new habits and create mental fortitude to excel in business and life.”
The Businesses
Grittiness LLC, which takes its namesake from Nestor’s online persona that he says embodies the core values of what it takes to build the life you want, is designed to help people change what they believe is possible. “It helps people push through their self imposed limitations,” he explains. ”I aspire to mentor people through actions.” Nestor’s other business, Dropship Tribe, focuses more on the financial opportunities available to clients. “[Dropship] helps people create another stream of income at a turn key service, while utilizing other people’s money (OPM) and credit cards,” he adds.
Success
With his experience and natural personal leadership qualities, Nestor has found early success in both ventures, seeing revenue numbers in the multiple six-figures and assisting numerous people in changing their immediate and long-term situations. But, describing himself as “insatiable,” Nestor is not content to rest on his laurels. “I want to stay coachable, continue learning,” he claims. “Whether through speaking engagements, networking, or other avenues, I want to reach as many people as possible.”
Advice
Although many of his methods are personalized to the client, Nestor does claim one piece of advice will be useful to virtually anyone in any endeavor. “Find a mentor,” he says.”Find somebody of the lifestyle, finances and where you want to be in the future. Follow their steps, not where they are currently but where they were when they started.”
