Interview With Successful Entrepreneur Trace Johnson!

Trace Johnson used to be a college athlete, he played football & had a few D1 & D2 scholarship offers. He is now a visionary who always puts people first & is known for always being grateful, but never satisfied.

In this article Trace shares with us what keeps him motivated and what makes him different in his industry.

What makes you different within your industry?

I’m different in my industry because I help provide a culture, we all strive to get better together. The goal is always 1% better everyday. We not only have a relationship in the workplace, but we all are for the most part like family outside of work. We all have great relationships with each other where we can count on each other no matter what. I have my “no matter what people” and those are the people that I will make sure come with me. WE believe in others sometimes more than people believe in themselves, and sometimes that’s all a person needs, and I think that’s what separates us in our industry. We think about other people before ourselves. We are people first.

What keeps you motivated?

People. People keep me motivated. I love the fact that there’s no lid to the amount of impact we can make to those around us. The days I don’t want to, are the days I know I need to, because it’s not about me, it’s about the people that depend on me to win, it’s about the people that I give hope to on their down days, when they might need it the most, and I don’t even know it.

Helping people win, building something bigger than us, and chasing a life that people only dream of, for me and my future family is what keeps me motivated.

How does your business help others?

We help others in more ways than one. Our company helps people achieve whatever their financial and time freedom looks like to them, while providing a pure profit, No risk opportunity which gives them a chance to explore their potential and allows them to raise the bar to truly find out what they are capable of accomplishing for not only themselves but everyone else around them.

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

My advice would be to find a mentor, find someone who has what you want in life, and do everything they do, say what they say, act how they act, until you get what they have. My next piece of advice would be to always stay grateful. You can’t ever forget where you started or who helped you get there. Whatever we are not grateful for we always end up losing, and then lastly, follow the systems, follow the processes, and go ALL IN. burn the boats.
