Interview With Pop Rap Duo Tano|Mark On Their New Song Releasing October 23rd !

Tano|Mark is a 23 year old Pop/pop rap duo born and raised in New York. According to the duo, they create all of their music to give their listeners good vibes. They know how stressful daily life can be, and they want their music to be an escape for their listeners.

In this article we interview Tano|Mark about their new upcoming single releasing on October 23rd.

Tell us about your upcoming release on October 23rd.

• Tano- Yes so on October 23rd we’re releasing our newest single called “Alex Cooper” which we think will be our biggest yet. This was the most fun I’ve ever had writing a song.
• Mark- It was actually just as fun on the production side. I put this entire beat together in a matter of hours, which rarely happens. We’ve been so eager to announce this release.

Tell us what the song is about.

• Mark- Sure, so there is a Bartsool Sports Podcast called “Call Her Daddy” and the host of the podcast is Alex Cooper. She has been our mutual celebrity crush since the podcast started so we felt it was only right to write a song about her.
• Tano- We are huge fans of Alex and the show and we thought it would be so fun to write a song about someone who has become so relevant in pop culture.
• Mark- Alex has created a movement and her fanbase is massive so we wanted to write a song that would cater to her audience, but was catchy enough to appeal to people who aren’t very familiar with Alex and the show.

What are your hopes for the song?

• Mark- Well first off, we hope Alex hears the song. We have been so excited to release this song so we hope Alex loves it as much as we do.
• Tano- We hope that her fanbase hears the song and loves it also. Also, like Mark said we wrote this song in hopes that it would appeal even to people who aren’t that familiar with Alex.

How are you planning on promoting the song?

• Tano- So in order for Alex to hear the song we’ve come up with a series of contests/giveaways that we hope will get the song to Alex.
• Mark- The contest is going to ask people to tag Alex Cooper in the comments of our Instagram posts and the person that comments the most will win $100 and a free Tano|Mark Merch bundle. So make sure to head to our Instagram to enter! (@tanoandmark)
