I sat down with Daryll Canlas to find out just exactly how his home buying and investment company helps homeowners. When I asked how his business helps others, Daryll said: “My home buying/investment company helps distress homeowners with a quick, hassle free solution to sell their home “as-is”. It makes the selling process easy and quick where the seller can sell fast and not need to make repairs on the home.” He then goes on to say: “In addition to that, my real estate brokerage company helps buyers and sellers find their dream home and sell their home for top dollar! My brokerage and agents are trained to negotiate the best to advocate for all our clients.”

Flipping Everything For a Win

Daryll and his brother own a flipping/development company called Brothers Buy Homes. This company buys, fixes and renovates properties for a profit. “It’s a win-win for the sellers as we purchase all our properties off market. We then renovate and beautify the home and sell it on the open market for top dollar” Daryll says.

In addition to that, their real estate brokerage company called The Canlas Brothers, INC helps buyers buy their dream home by guiding them through the buying process.

“We help sellers sell their existing home for top dollar on the market. We also help them prepare the home for sale with recommendations on any fixes, paint, staging etc.” Daryll explains.

I asked Daryll what the plan was for continued growth and success, to which he said: “By surrounding myself with people who I can learn from and I will continue to get better every day by being a better leader and focus on growth. I choose growth! You are either growing or dying.” I don’t think anybody can argue with that!

Advice To Newcomers

Daryll said if he has one valuable piece of advice for anybody new to his industry, it would be: “Start before you are ready because you will never be ready. Be very clear on what you want and write it down and look at it every day. Also, have faith in yourself and go confidently in the direction of your dreams.”

Clearly, Daryll and his brother and their business know a thing or two about getting start, and then continuing with the momentum they’ve built.
