How did you make a name for yourself in your industry?
I just stayed dedicated to my craft and stayed true to who I am. My purpose to help and heal people inside and out. I work hard, stay consistent, and mostly importantly keep helping as many people as possible. It’s about the people.
What makes you different within your industry?
I concentrate not only on their fitness goals but also on the mental health aspect of life; it affects everything. I monitor my client’s confidence, stress, lifestyle, and help them become the most effective in all aspects of their lives. Not just fitness.
How does your business help others?
I am a health coach. I build people’s bodies to be stronger and overall healthier. I focus on the physical of course, but I also strengthen the mental of the client. I bring structure to people to enable them to be their most confident self. I break internet fads and misinformation.
What exactly does your company do?
I’m a virtual personal trainer who does 100% online training. Effective especially because of the pandemic. I customize workouts specific to the client’s goals and the equipment they have available (gym, at home, outside etc). I am a life coach and health/wellness coach where I help clients become their most ideal selves/ best version of themselves.
